April 7th -10th the town of New Milford will come alive with the imagination of some of the best independent film makers around when New Milford plays host to the renowned Litchfield Hills Film Festival. Come and help celebrate their achievements in cinematography.

Tickets can be purchased online here or at the film festival office, 77 Railroad Street in New Milford, CT.

This should be a wonderful week to come on down to New Milford, CT. Enjoy the film festival, check out the events, grab a bite to eat in one of our many fantastic restaurants, rub elbows with a few famous people, just come on down and ENJOY!

Currently we are offering two (1) one bedroom units at 14 Elm Street in New Milford, upstairs from Lennie's Flower Shop. Each unit is approximately 850 square feet. You can choose, furnished rental, complete with dishes, towels, bedding, or unfurnished rental, the choice is yours! There is plenty of parking available behind the building.

Located across the street from New Milford Hospital and on the HART bus line, enjoy the convenience of an in town lifestyle. Just steps away from the north end of the Village Green, walk to wonderful coffee shops, restaurants, great little shops, and the Bank Street Theater. Or take strolls around the green, visit the library, walk to productions at Theatreworks, so much to do, to see!

Each apartment is currently offered for rent at $900 per month, the tenant is responsible for electricity and cable TV. Both heat and hot water are electric. Also the owner asks you provide renters insurance, positive credit check, 2 months security and first months rent to move in.

Owner request, please no smoking and no pets. Owner has also said that the beautiful wrap around porch is available for your enjoyment when the flower shop is closed!
