Andrea, what a great way to celebrate the 4th especially for the young members of the family.
George, my grandson was a bit too small for the rides, but oh what a time he had watching everything!
Andrea, It looks like fun! I'm not a huge carnival fan but I love the pictures. Funny thing was my Mother was raised in the carnival but it was lost on me.
Andrea..what a nice way to celebrate on the 4th of July..and what a fantastic presentation...Bravo

I'm still a big carnival fan at the age of 54. Unfortunately, I can't find any other people my age who will go on all the rides with me, so I wind up not even going to the carnivals.

What a fun looking carnival.
Marchel, my mother had an uncle who was a carnie, I just loved great uncle John. He gave all his nieces what I now am the proud owner of, jewelry which we refer to as "uncle Johnnys junkie jewelry". As a child I thought he was bigger than life, he brought us all sorts of things from the carnival. I don't like the rides, and my grandson was not tall enough for the rides, so that was fine by me. I am looking forward to taking him on a merry go round however! Carnivals are great for pictures though. :D

Matt, I did not. I am terrified of heights, LOL. It did look like fun, and for half a second I thought about it. But I was pushing a stroller and busy with my camera!
Laraine, there were! I have to admit something to you, years ago I took clown classes. Are you surprised? We could bag real estate and join the circus!

Russel, ghesh, never miss an opportunity. I said rent a KID, LOL. Or perhaps put a post out looking for any AR member close to you that is an adrenaline junkie, LOL. That might be a more palatable option.
I love carnivals. That is the one thing I miss about living in the more rural areas, things like this.
