What a lovely presentation here!  This one should fly off the shelf in no time at all - and I, of course, am totally psychic!

Pat, LOL, why thank you! This is the one I was sweating over... :D

It should fly off the shelf, you are psychic, this is an awesome way for a first time home buyer, or someone who doesn't want to spend big bucks to get in a new construction green home! And give ME that dollar amount to run the house yearly, YIKES!

Andrea - Love the house and most especially the savings that whoever buys it will receive from this green home. Your presentation of all it has to offer is outstanding.

Donna, isn't that savings wonderful? You just can't beat it. I just can't imagine how wonderful life would be if that was all I spent A YEAR on utilities including heat and AC... wow... pinch me! Thank you so much. See you tomorrow.

Liz, isn't that amazing? The price you pay for living in a beautiful old house I guess. I am amazed with those figures. If you looked at the pdf file I have linked, it tells you everything. Wow...

Andrea going green is the only way to go.  I like how you highlighted the items that made this a green home.  At that price it should go quickly.

Andrea - The price was appealing for a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home, but the energy bill is even more enticing. Nice presentation and I do believe this will sell quickly.

Judy, isn't that amazing? This is the first certified green home I have had anything to do with, I am very excited about all this!

Hey Andrea,

Glad to see you got cooled off enough to get that blog done on the Green House.  Saw this little vehicle the other day and thought it would look good in a Green House driveway.

Go Green

Hi Al & Peggy! I love that little car, LOL, it would be perfect in this driveway. But.... you were driving and taking photos? LOL... :D

Peggy was behind the camera and I was behind the wheel.  It pays to have a team.

Ok Al, whew... I was worried for a second there! Donna Bidga and I were talking yesterday that when you are out taking local photos it is good to have someone with you. :D
