VB good morning. Yes, get to work on yours! Before your trip!

Tim, why thank you! I appreciate the kind words about my market report. This is a bit different from what I do for a few other towns. I do love Kent, CT. I am a CT transplant, 29 years ago, and the first place I lived was in Kent. My father came for a visit and remembered how many times he had come down to Kent from his school in Lenox MA to play football against Kent School, or South Kent School, I can't remember. It is beautiful there, if you ask the residents they will tell you it is the most beautiful part of CT, and it is hard to argue with them.

Hi Andrea, I can't even begin to remember how many times I would have passed those bulls when making the short cut down from the Ma pike to get to Rt 8. It is pretty country up there, and you are so right about that being part of the 'NY weekend territory'

Dorie, thank you so much! Kent is so beautiful, easy to write about.

Ed, and how about the crows, the cans and the apples! I will have to get up there when the weather is better (and I feel better) and get photos of them. I have old photos when they were in Washington, CT. It is beautiful, isn't it? You take Rt. 7 to 341 up to Litchfield and down Rt. 8 then. What a wonderful drive that is indeed.
