Ed, Sherman homes are selling slower, but selling. Funny thing, there are lots of airline pilots that live there, like some secret club, LOL. Plus it is a great place for a luxury country house on the water, or in the countryside.
I grew up in Fairfield county, just a different one than you have here my friend. More great info for consumers in your area.
