Jennifer, I would love to sell that home, LOL. Yes, the sales increased, and I am interested to see what will happen over the next few months. This type of market was hit hard.

And to think I just published a market report for an area where the average sale price was $125,000, Andrea!  Fortunately we do have some higher-end properties that are selling in other areas.
