Andrea.. That presentation is awesome.  Great job.  I'm going to talk with a friend of mine in New Milford.  She is trying to sell her house in Brookfield.  Yes, it is listed with another realtor.  However, if it doesn't sell.. I'm going to have her check out your blogs/presentations.
