That's a really nice market report, Andrea! Washington is one of my favorite spots....
Andrea- for those of us not familiar with the terms in your area what's the difference in "under deposit" and sale pending?
A very detailed presentation on activity in your market area, great information for buyers and sellers.
There still seems to be a great selection for the Buyers in the Washington CT area Andrea! Nice to see the sales increase even if it was only by 1, it is still in the right directions.
Dagny, I happen to agree, Washington is a beautiful town!
Tammy, we move from "under deposit", which is a time when the seller and buyer agree to the sale, but are not locked into a contract, to "pending", which is after the contracts are signed. There is usually 2-3 weeks between these two. Inspections are done, etc, during the under deposit period of time.
Anthony, thank you!
Al & Peggy, yes indeed, anything upward is a great sign!
