Connie, Yes, it is. And thank you! The market in Bridgewater, along with other small, luxury market towns, have been hit hard. We are seeing a bit more activity, as you can see by the amount of homes in a pending sale status. That is a great thing!
Andrea that is a huge decrease in sales even when compared to last year. Hope that improves over the next few months.
