HI Andrea,

Nicely presented market update report, showing some healthy signs, bit of a pricey area, hence the longer time on the market I figure.

Well done, you clients should be very happy to have you working for them...

Andrea, 92 single family homes for sale in Washington Depot, I didn't think the whole town had 92 homes :)

Seriously though, it is a great part of the State, to even just take a nice relaxing drive through

Andrea, following with George's comment; when the average list price of a home in a given area is over a million dollars...I would well imagine that it would be in a great part of the state.  Washington CT sounds like a terrific place to live.

I think you have a famous author that lives in Washington - she spoke at my son's middle school today and made quite an impression.   Beautiful country out there.

I think it's funny that you advertise being 90 minutes from New York City as a very convenient location. San Diego is 90 minutes from Los Angeles, and we're proud that we aren't any closers and that the monster Camp Pendleton exists to forever keep our two cities apart. They don't like us, and we don't like them.
