Andrea, what a great descripition, but I would love to hear more about why there is two addressess.  I am working through a difficulty with combined properties and this sets the same red flags. What underlies the two addresses. The property looks amazing and with a fantastic price for your area. What a bargain, just need to know more about the two addresses

Larry, it is a long story as to why, but it is far more convenient for the home owners. So, they petitioned the town to have their private road names and their addresses changed. After a long time, the town said ok. There were other homes with the same address that recently caused quite an uproar with one of the neighbors on this road. They were served papers by the sherrif for foreclosure, yet it was not them! It was the other Kent Road house on the other side of town. So, the sign will go up, the address of Countryside will be official very, very soon. In the meantime, I decided to put both. Google has never heard of Countryside Lane in Warren, the tax records don't reflect the new address yet.

Soon it will just be Countryside Lane.... or Country Side Lane, I don't know yet, LOL. But in the meantime, I have a house to sell that appears to be on Kent Road, but it isn't. Got it? My head is swimming!

And thank you!

I had to smile at your address conundrum.  You'd be in a pickle in a short sale, just saying...  Looks like a wonderful home, best of luck for a quick and uncomplicated sale!
