Andrea, this is a beautiful rental property. Would love to be there for Christmas.

What a breathtakingly gorgeous view, Andrea. Can I ask a stupid question? Does the lake freeze in the winter? I mean it snows and gets cold there, right? Although this home seems very warm and inviting.
