What is your home worth? Click my new toy and find out!

what is my house worthFinding out what your home may be worth in Connecticut is on most homeowner's minds. And I just got a brand new toy that makes it so easy! Of course it will give you an idea what it may be worth. No computer generated program has ever actually seen your home, or seen the comps that it pulls up. But my company just gave me a brand spankin new toy to use, and it seems to be fairly good! It is a start for the curious home owner who wants to find out what their home may be worth.

Get the valuation from the program, then call me to see if I agree! I do have to actually see your house though. I may be good, but I'm not that good! I need to do my work, which involves comparing your home to those that have sold, and those that are currently on the market. I even look at those that haven't sold. My market analysis of your home is free also, but it won't be instant. I have been into many of the local homes that are on the market or have been on the market. That is my job, to know my local real estate market so I can tell you what your house is worth in the current, local real estate market.

But in the meantime, try this out. You get three valuations instantly. At no cost to you, and no obligation.

Even if you aren't ready to sell, try it out anyway and let me know what you think of my brand new toy!

Just click on the photo below and start the process to get your free, no obligation home valuation of your home.

That's a neat new toy, Andrea! If you are automatically notified each time someone tries it out, that was me testing it out from Brandon Mississippi! I think it's a great local marketing tool. Keep us posted on your results.

Hi Andrea

Sounds interesting! I hope it generates some good seller leads for you. Will be interested to hear how the valuation model compares in values to your expertise!

I like your new tool. Is it a program you are subscribing to or available through Berkshire Hathaway?

Tell me more! I'm using something similar, but it only gives one result.

This is pretty cool, Andrea. I tried it for one of my listings in Sacramento (in case you get an email) and it showed values at $366K, $367K and then $430K on Zillow. Obviously, Zillow is way off, and we have it listed at $375K, so close to target, I'd say.
