One popular widget here on the rain is the cluster map widget. I got one, although mine is not so impressive as some others I have seen here. Every time I go on a blog which has the Clustrmap, I can't help but click on it. I find myself absolutely amazed by what I see. Now remember, I am new to activerain, and new to blogging. I am not, however new to the internet. But, this is mind boggling to me.
This is some of what I have found:
Kim Daugherty, McKinney TX REALTOR, Broker has had visitors from Croatia, Japan, Ethiopia, among a host of others.
Midori Miller-Daytona Beach Florida Real Estate Trainer has so many visitors on hers the maps look like they are covered with red gummi worms! 13 visitors from Russia, 10 people from Qatar, where is that??? and 1 visitor from Tanzania.
Active Brad, wow, the people that are looking at your blog from all over the world, you have quite a fan club! But seriously Brad, you need to boost your presence in the United Republic of Tanzania, only one person from there has been on your blog.
That British Agent, Sheldon Neal, is developing a following in Korea and Cyprus.
As for me, I am new to this as I said. I just put the map on my blog page, and so far, have only had visitors from the U.S. and Canada.
But, my point here is... we are being seen, and I mean really being seen. The world just got a whole lot smaller. Also, I am wondering why someone from Cyprus would be on my blog page? Just a thought. And more importantly, I hope that if they do stop by and read my blog, they would say HELLO!
A bigger point, we really need to be careful how we put ourselves out there, best foot foreward and all. You just never know who will end up on your post!
